Can I download the game yet?
The first public beta is being prepared for TestFlight. It will be free to test on iPhone and iPad. We will add the invitation here when it is ready; there is no public download link yet.
How do I keep my progress safe?
Keep the app installed if you need help with your save. Progress and unfinished drops are stored on the device. Deleting the app can remove them. The current rebuild does not sync earned coins, inventory or unfinished runs between your iPhone and iPad.
How do I restore a cosmetic purchase?
Open Drop shop → Packs → Restore Purchases with the Apple account that made the purchase. Restore applies to eligible purchased cosmetics, not locally earned coins or run history. TestFlight purchases use Apple’s test environment. For refunds on an actual App Store purchase, visit Apple’s refund service.
Why did the daily course or streak day change?
Daily Mix and Today’s Drop use UTC. Midnight UTC can be a different time where you live, and that local time changes with daylight saving. A late daily result can remain in local history without entering the next day’s leaderboard.
What happens to an interrupted ad reward?
Optional rewarded ads are still being prepared for release. In a build where test ads are available, completion grants 10 Beat Coins, up to twice per UTC day. Closing early spends nothing and gives no reward. If a reward is waiting to save, keep the app open and use Retry save. Contact us if the app closed before saving; recovery is not guaranteed for every interruption.
How do I change privacy choices in the game?
Open Privacy & online to manage optional gameplay summaries. Player uploads and live ads remain disabled while release privacy work is completed. If a later build enables uploads and you request deletion, copy its analytics reference before opting out. Opting out clears the local reference and unsent events; it does not recall data already received by the provider.
How do I report a problem?
Email developer@beatdropbuddies.app with the device model, iOS/iPadOS version, app version/build, what happened and what you expected. For gameplay feel, include the approximate depth or speed. Screenshots can help. Do not send passwords, payment details or a full backup.
Will there be Android or other languages?
The first release focuses on iPhone and iPad, in English. Other platforms and additional languages can follow; no date is promised.
